Seravelle Home – Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order with Seravelle Home, you agree to the following terms for returns and refunds. These policies are designed to ensure transparency and a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return an item, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition – unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in the original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Register your return: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@seravellehome.com. Our customer service team will register your return and promptly send you confirmation along with further instructions.
  1. Prepare the return: Pack the item securely – preferably in the original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

    Important: All customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and handling charges related to the return are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot cover or reimburse these fees. Returns that are refused, delayed, or held due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for a refund.

Return Costs

Customer-initiated return
If you return an item for personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, item not to your liking), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. These depend on the courier service you choose.

Return due to our error
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return shipping costs. In this case, please contact our support team immediately with photo(s) of the item and your order number.

Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package is successfully delivered to our warehouse address. Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has physically arrived at our warehouse and been inspected. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately upon receipt. Contact our support team with your order details and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

4. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

The maximum processing time for a refund is 30 days.

7. Discounts & Refunds

Unused discount codes are non-refundable. All discounts must be applied at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot adjust or apply discounts retroactively.
